The Steel Guarantee is INOXLM's commitment to assist customers even after purchase, should a product exhibit a problem attributable to manufacturing.

Contact us describing the issue: we will assess the case and seek the most suitable solution. If the problem cannot be resolved, a refund of the amount paid will be issued.

The Steel Guarantee complements the rights provided by the statutory warranty and does not replace them.

For purchases made by consumers in the European Union, products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for at least 2 years from delivery, according to applicable law.

The warranty covers defects of conformity existing at the time of delivery and that become apparent within the period established by law.

Different rules may apply for purchases made as part of a professional or business activity.
